서울 시내 초등학교 급수대의 수돗물이 먹는 물로 적합하다는 조사 결과가 나타났다. 서울시는 25개 자치구별 초등학교 한 곳씩을 대상으로 급수대 수돗물 수질을 검사한 결과, 모두 먹는 물 기준을 충족한다고 2일 밝혔다. 검사 결과에 따르면 세계보건기구(WHO)에서 권장하는 163개 항목 모두에서 유해성분이 검출되지 않거나 기준치 이내로 검출됐다. 먹는 물로 합격점을 받았다는 설명이다. 특히 대장균 같은 미생물과 납, 수은 등의 중금속을 비롯해 페놀, ...
